2025 Summer Leagues

The Rocket City Curling Club's 2025 summer leagues start on the weekend of May 4. We're hosting five different leagues this summer:

Sunday Open League:

• Sunday evenings, 10 weeks from May 4 - July 27

• Draws at 5:30 & 7 PM, with a third draw at 8:30 if 22+ teams sign up

• Fees: $720/team, $180/individual (or "free agent")

• Registration opens April 9 and closes April 27

Friday Half Leagues:

• Friday evenings, 5 weeks from May 30 - July 11 and July 18 - August 15

• Draws at 7:30 & 9 PM

• Fees: $360/team, $90/individual (or "free agent")

• Registration opens April 23 and April 30, closing May 23 and July 11

​

August Doubles League:

• Sunday evenings, August 3 - August 24; draws at 5:30 & 6:45 PM

• Follows the rules of mixed doubles curling; any two members may play

• Fees: $225/team

• Registration opens June 23 and closes July 27

Summer Beginners League:

League members can create their own team, join an already-registered team, or sign up as an individual to join a team of "free agents". Brooms, sliders, and other curling accessories are provided during league play. All league curlers must be members of the Rocket City Curling Club.

If you're not quite ready to join the league, but you'd still like to get involved, we have plenty of other ways for you to participate.

League spectators are welcome anytime! Our rink is on the right-hand side when you enter the lobby of the Ice Sports Center.
